Mechanical engineer (Swiss Federal VET Diploma)
Mechanical engineers design and construct parts and assemblies for devices, machines and pro-duction systems. They create construction drawings and work out the details of technical documents.

Automation engineer (Swiss Federal VET Diploma)
Automation engineers develop and build electrical control and automation systems. They manufacture automated devices and machines, put them into operation, conduct repairs and work out the details of technical documents.
