Coronavirus - Information
As countries work to slow down the spread of the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, Infotech is following the guidelines of the Swiss authorities.
Our key priorities are to ensure the safety of our employees and their families, while continuing to provide our high level technical support to our customers and partners.
Due to the current worldwide situation we decided to comply with the following measures:
- We are not holding face-to-face meetings internal, with external parties such as customers, partners or suppliers
- Our team is not traveling for standard situations. As a result, we are currently unable to offer our usual on-site services for regular maintenance and installations. Only for emergent cases, with machine down situations, which cannot be resolved by remote access, extraordinary onsite services can be organized. As long as travelling to the on site location is possible, an official customer company letter will be required, which will allow our technical support staff to pass the custom procedures.
- In addition, some of our employees are working remotely doing home office. Please understand if there will be slight delays in reacting to your requests.
Otherwise, we are operating on a ‘business as usual’ basis. We are working hard, to guarantee the commitments to our customers and partners, however please plan with slight delays in the projects. There will be delays in our supply chains, which are beyond our control, therefore we have to declare “Force Majeure”. We hope you understand the reasons for our current situation and limitations we are dealing with during this uncommon worldwide developments and wish you the very best for your health!
